TGIF! We’re kicking off the weekend with a nostalgic comfort-food favorite: crispy Alaska pollock fish sticks with a platter of delicious dips.

One bite and suddenly we’re back in our childhood kitchens… except these taste even better than we remembered. It’s the same easy convenience but with an upgraded flavor. 🙌
When a dip is this easy, it’s bound to become your go-to for hosting.

Don’t believe us? Try it for yourself:

Step 1: Make the salmon spread
Add pink salmon, yogurt (or cream cheese), lemon juice, minced onions and pepper to a bowl. Mix until fully combined; can also blend in a food processor.
Refrigerate until ready to serve

Step 2: Assemble spread and serve
To compile, add spread to a bowl or a plate. Add pickles, pickle relish, chives, or herbs on top.
Serve as a dip with veggies like celery sticks, carrot sticks or green pepper strips for dipping or spread on bread, crackers or tortillas.

Yep, that's all you need to make your new favorite dip.

Easy, delicious and guaranteed to disappear fast. 😉
Curious about that can of Alaska pink salmon?

There’s a good chance it started with folks like Tom Meiners and his crew in Southeast Alaska.

Turn your phone sideways and follow as the crew fish for wild Alaska pink salmon. And next time you’re in the canned aisle, keep an eye out for the Alaska Seafood logo for a delicious, quick and easy protein. Tom & crew will thank you.
